The demand for men and women with specialized knowledge and recognized qualifications is greater these days than it has ever been before. Oshwal Education Trust decided to take up this challenge and established "Shri G.H.Gosrani Commerce (Eng.Med.) &  Shri D.D.Nagda B.B.A College" in June 1998.

Oshwal Education Trust always believes in providing the best education to the students while maintaining high cultural values. Our vision is to develop the colleges into the excellent center for commerce, management, and computer education. The mission of the commerce and management course is to prepare young men and women for challenging opportunities in the competitive business environment.

During the last 20 years i.e. 1998-1999 to 2016-17, these colleges have gained the reputation of premier Commerce, Management, and Computer Education Centres as is evident from the increasing number of students who joined B.Com., B.B.A. and B.C.A courses. In 2016-17, Oshwal Education Trust set foot into higher education & Professional coaching center by starting M.Com and C.S Study center. The establishment of these colleges has specifically benefitted the female students who do not prefer to go out of Jamnagar.

During the academic year 2016, the B.Com./ B.B.A. college has been Reaccredited with 'A' Grade by The National Assessment & Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore, an autonomous body of the University Grants Commission (UGC).

During the year 2019, The Oshwal Education Trust Campus awarded Swach Campus by National Award Winning Campus across India.
