Admission Procedure For LL.B. Courses


  • Prospective candidates are required to fill in the college application form, which can be collected personally from the college on or before the last date prescribed in the admission in the admission notice in the local newspapers.

  • The candidates are advised to carefully go through the prospectus, Rules and Application Form for the details of the admission process , basis of selection etc. before filling in the application form.

  • Candidates from other university will have to attach the Provisional Eligibility Certificate, which can be obtained from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. Candidates seeking P.E.C will have to visit Saurashtra University Web portal.

  • A candidate seeking admission should submit the photo – copies of the following certificate along with the application form , as applicable.
  • - One Passport Size Photograph of Father and Mother - Each. Two Photographs of Student.
    - Attested Copy of the 10th result Sheet.
    - Attested Copy of the 12th result Sheet.
    - Attested Copy of School Leaving certificate.
    - Marksheet of Graduation.
    - Attested Copy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST/S.E.B.C(OBC) Minority-STDUDENTS).
    - Provisional Eligibility Certificate. (For the other university students).
    - Cultural & Sport Activities Certificate (if National & State Level).
    - N.C.C. & N.S.S. Certificate (if Any).
    - Attested Copy of Aadhaar Card.
    - Affidavit Certificate.(If age above 30 years).

  • You are requested to bring S.S.C. Mark Sheet, School Leaving Certificate, H.S.C. Mark Sheet, Caste Certificate - SC / ST / OBC(SEBC) (if applicable), N.C.C., N.S.S., Sports Participation, Cultural Activities participation certificates (Only National or state level), etc. in original for Counseling & Interview.

  • You must appear for Counseling & Interview with parents / guardian

  • The merit-List of eligible candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the college. Displaying the names in the merit-list is not a guarantee for admission to the LL.B. Granting admission to a course is based upon the personal counseling.

  • These eligible candidates will have to come for the personal interview with their father (or mother) on the date and time as specified in the merit list. Candidates not coming for counseling as per schedule will lose their claim for the admission.

  • Candidates , who are granted admission will have to pay the fees in Nawanagar Bank, Haria School Extension Counter within the given time limit. In case of cancellation of admission within one month of date of remittance of fee, 50% of fee will be refunded. No refund of fees will be given if admission is cancelled after one month. After the payment of fees, the students should preserve the fee-card for future reference. Abcsence with or without leave from the college shall not be an excuse for non payment of fees on the prescribed date.

  • The caution deposit will be refunded to the students who are completing three years of study only during the month of August of the year of completion of their study on presenting the receipt of caution money. For others who are discounting their study in the college, caution deposit will be refunded within one month of the issue of No Objection Certificate.

  • The right of granting admission is exclusively reserved by the Management and Admission committee.


  • Rules for the payment of fees


  • All fees to be paid at the beginning of the term as and when the notice for the payment of fees is issued by the college.

  • College fees is nonrefundable.

  • Once the term starts, a student is a registered student of the college and is liable to pay fees for the term even though the results may or may not be declared.

  • If a student leaves mid-term due to transfer or NOC, he is still liable to pay the college fees. However, the amount to be paid will be as follows:

  • If a student leaves within one and half months from the start of the term, both Odd or Even term - 40% fees to be paid.

  • If a student leaves within two and a half months from the start of the term, both Odd or Even term -65% fees to be paid

  • After two and a half months in Odd or Even term a student has to - pay full fees.

  • All payment to be made by cheque.

  • Application for NOC should be submitted along with the copy of the mark sheet of the last Sem exam.

  • College reserves the right to modify rules.
